COVID-19 UPDATE

We are experiencing an exceptionally high number of orders due to the COVID-19 situation. Our reduced Customer Services Team is working hard to fulfil orders as quickly as possible. Social distancing in our warehouse is impacting on the time it takes to pick and pack orders, normal delivery times are affected, and delays can be expected as our carriers cope with the increased volume of deliveries.

We can assure you that your order is being processed, however, delivery may take up to two weeks from receipt of order.

Please note, in order to minimise the risk of COVID-19 transmission, any returned stock that has been opened by the customer will be held for 14 days from date of postage before processing so there will be a delay in receiving refunds. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding as we take all necessary steps to keep our staff and customers safe at this time.

GENERAL DELIVERY INFORMATION

We process orders Monday to Friday. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday and Bank Holidays will be dealt with on the next working day.

Standard delivery for all orders over £25.00 is FREE.

For orders under £25.00 standard delivery will be charged at £3.50.

Please allow 5-7 working days for delivery.

In order to maintain our high levels of service, we regret that we cannot ship to the Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, the Channel Islands or internationally.

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We hope that you are happy with your purchase, however, if you need to return an item, please refer to our 'Returns and Refunds Policy' under clause 11 of our Terms & Conditions.
