All products carry a standard 1-year guarantee against defective materials or manufacturing faults. This guarantee applies to the original purchaser and covers the cost of parts and labour for repairs or replacements of original components. Please note that this does not cover general wear and tear.

Product Care
Whether your gloves are purely fabric or feature a protective coating (Latex, Nitrile, Neoprene, or PVC), follow these steps to maintain them:
- Remove Surface Dirt: Rinse off loose soil using a garden hose or bucket. Gently rub the gloves together to dislodge stubborn dirt.
- Hand Wash: Agitate the gloves in cold water mixed with regular detergent. Soak for at least 10 minutes, then rinse thoroughly in fresh water. Gently press out excess soap without excessive twisting to maintain the glove's shape.
- Dry: Air-dry on a rack or outdoor line. Do not tumble dry, as direct heat can cause shrinkage or damage to the protective coatings.
Rubber gloves (Latex, Neoprene, Nitrile, or PVC) are ideal for handling chemicals. To clean them safely, please avoid mixing them with other laundry:
- Pre-Rinse: While still wearing the gloves, rinse off debris under cold running water.
- Wash: Lather the exterior with mild soap or dishwashing liquid. For persistent stains, use a soft-bristled nylon brush.
- Rinse: Remove the gloves and thoroughly rinse both the interior and exterior with cold water.
- Air-Dry: To prevent mildew, ensure they dry completely. Once the outside is dry, invert the gloves to dry the inside before storing.
Leather is durable but requires specific care to prevent drying or cracking:
- Soil Removal: Brush off loose dirt with a soft brush. If gloves are wet and muddy, allow them to dry completely before brushing.
- Clean: Use a mild saddle soap rather than regular detergent. Work the soap into the leather with a cloth using circular motions. Wipe away residue with a clean, damp cloth.
- Condition: Once clean, apply linseed oil or a commercial leather conditioner with a soft cloth to keep the material supple.
- Store: Always air-dry away from direct sunlight or heat. Store in a cool, dry place once fully dry to prevent mildew.
Cleaning: Rinse mud away using a hose or bucket. For stubborn marks, use a soft to medium-bristled brush. This is especially important after exposure to chemicals or organic waste, which can perish the rubber. You can also use our specialized boot cleaner.
Drying: Pat dry with a towel or air-dry in a well-ventilated spot. Keep them away from radiators, fires, or direct sunlight, as extreme heat can damage the rubber.
Store your footwear in a well-ventilated, shaded area. Avoid direct sunlight, which can lead to discoloration, shrinkage, and cracking.
Use a gentle brush and mild soap to dislodge dirt, then rinse with warm water. Leave to dry in an aerated space away from direct sunlight. Please note the lining is fixed and cannot be removed.
Product Sizes
Some of our footwear has a snug fit or a thick fleece lining. If you are between sizes or intend to wear thick socks, we recommend choosing one size larger than your usual fit.
You will find specific sizing recommendations in the description of relevant product pages. For the perfect fit, we suggest visiting a local stockist to try them on.
Our adult range goes up to size 12 (on selected styles), and our kids' range goes up to size 13.
Occasional changes in suppliers can result in slight variations in sizing. If you notice a significant difference, please submit a contact form with a photo of the product, your receipt, and your contact details.
