RETURNS POLICY

We hope you are completely happy with your new Town & Country products, however, if you aren’t, there’s no need to worry. Exchanging or returning your purchase is quick and hassle free.

Only products purchased directly from this website can be returned using the procedure described below. If you purchased your Town & Country products at a retail store or from another website these products must be returned to the original store or site which they were purchased from.

Town & Country reserves the right to refuse the return of products which are not returned in accordance with our Returns Procedure.

Please allow up to 30 days for your refund to be processed.

RETURNS PROCEDURE

You may return new, unworn or unused products within 28 days (or 14 days for sale items) from the date on which the products were shipped to you.

All products must be returned to us unused, together with all original packaging (please note you have a duty to take reasonable care of returned products and any refund may be withheld or a charge incurred if you fail to take such care and damage the products).

Please make sure that your return package is packed and sealed securely (in or with the original packaging if possible).

Please retain proof of postage as Town & Country cannot issue refunds for items we do not receive.

Sometimes white marks may appear on your boots. This is not a fault, but a release of natural wax that can be easily wiped off with a damp cloth.
